Dogs will be offered daily play and walks according to their needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highly Happy Holidays for Hounds and Humans (HHH) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. Owners are solely responsible for any harm caused by their dog whilst in the care of HHH and agree to indemnify HHH in full against any liabilty arising from such harm. The owner agrees that by enrolling their dog for a stay with HHH that the dog is in good health and has no history of causing harm to any person or animal. HHH require to meet with each dog before agreeing a stay and reserve the right to decline any booking if dog seems unsuitable in temperament, size, behaviours. Owners agree to notify HHH of any previous aggressive procreative or dangerous behaviour by their dog. HHH offer services where dogs may share play and living space with other dogs unless specifically agreed, and accepts that in the course of normal play dogs may sustain injuries. Play will be suitably monitored to avoid injury but mimor injuries may occur despite best supervision HHH will only let dogs off the lead outside of the safe area at home once the consent form has been signed as such and being off lead will be at HHH discretion in interest of safety. Owners are responsible for the full cost of any vet treament required whilst under the care of HHH and any associated costs for example out of hours call out charges . The owner agrees for HHH to seek vet advice as considered necessary by HHH. HHH reserves right to refuse entry to dogs where vaccination and parasite treatment evidence cannot be shown. Females should not attend HHH when in season unless previously disclosed and agreed. HHH reserve the right to cancel any booking where services cannot be safely provided. HHH will endeavour to help owners idenify and alternative provision.
